The Exterminator
By 2011 the United States has liberalized. Many believe the only way to right the ship of state is to travel back in time before government began to grow, before 1913.
Once there, time travelers will try to convince Woodrow Wilson what has happened the last hundred years is due partly to his actions. They will relate the trouble the nation is in--that it is mostly due to his progressive actions as president.
If it isn’t too late, maybe Wilson can be persuaded, in a parallel universe, to refuse to sign the two bills that jump-started the move away from control of the freest nation on earth by the people. They are the progressive income taxes and the Fed.
But lurking in the White House is the Exterminator. After learning of this man’s genocidal government plot, a good-hearted Florida doctor travels through time to save lives
The Exterminator assigns himself the job of eliminating carbons in the air by ridding the world of a third of its population. His locus is death camps, Army barracks; his method is injection, exposure and starvation. He knows that when power bills skyrocket people will take to the streets in protest. But rioters will be shot, just as in China, while others will be shipped in boxcars to military barracks, the Exterminator’s secret death camps.
Many Americans weren't aware of the trouble they were in. Only a scant few knew that the Exterminator was none other than President Conroy Drake. The most powerful man in the world had formed an evil cabal with electric companies, doubling bills and creating prisons and poison to kill people by injection.
But a simple Florida doctor and his detective super sleuth friend have a plan. They will travel in time and reverse Woodrow Wilson’s progressive agenda. They hope it is not too late, for the Exterminator is quickly changing America into a dictatorship. He is killing millions in his evil drive to eliminate two billion people from the face of the earth.
