The Face Painter: Book One of Three
I wrote this as fiction but in my opinion, there always exist a bit of truth in all fiction. I developed characters that I want the readers to follow. I hope that I touch upon things that each reader may be or should be concerned with while taking the reader on a journey that will lead them to a more complex story in book two, The Geechi. Book One should be an easy read that is a mere first step into something much more.

About the Author

The author, Tony L. Kinchloe was raised in an orphanage in Houston, Texas until the age of eighteen. Born with a creative mind, his influences came from those around him, the music he listened to, the many art museums he visited and from film and books he read. His older brother Jimmy, was an inspiration to him, via his paintings, sketchings, drawings and photography. But it was Tony's life itself that allowed him to open up and tackle the subject matter that stimulated him to create and write in some of the darker most difficult periods of his life. He was and still is his own worst critic but has accepted his work as something he has to offer the literary world. The Face Painter is the first step.
On a more personal note, TonyK has moved many times throughout his life. But yet has always returned back to Texas and although a lifelong Texas Longhorn fan, he now resides in College Station , Texas.
