Inspired by her love of the food culture of Indian meals, she routinely teaches Indian cooking, chefs� private dining events and hosts exclusive supper club dinners in metro Atlanta and Los Angeles, where she combines holistic eating principles with decadent dining.

Nandita�s books address the massive lacuna in the true appreciation of the Indian cuisine as a healthy and achievable culinary alternative. In previous lives, Nandita has been an ethno-botanist and a landscape architect; both of experiences have helped her embark on this journey to explore the connections between food, people, their stories and traditions.
