The Farmer’s Kid is a recollection of the childhood memories of the author, Stephen A. Hill. Stephen was one of four sons of a family making their livelihood from farming and a retail farm store in rural northern Vermont. The village, family businesses, and nearby surroundings provided numerous opportunities for mischief and Stephen recounts many comical and sometimes compromising situations.
