About the Author

My name is Nicole and I was born and raised in Queens, NYC. I'm a 23 year old artist, current tattoo apprentice and freelance illustrator/designer. Besides publishing this book, I also create and design jewelry through my personal shop! A lot of my work focuses on the kitsch and fun - my items are the perfect "Ms. Frizzle" accent to your wardrobe.

I create high colored exciting illustration work, and my work centers around a very bright fun color palette. Ive always loved creating bright high detail work and i've always loved drawing animals, bugs and kewpies!

I a graduate of Parsons School Of Design in NYC with a BFA, where I focused on a major in illustration and printmaking as my minor.
