About the Author

My 40 plus years in sales, marketing, and research have taught me that people have an insatiable appetite for information that would help them lead better lives. When I worked in the health insurance industry, I found that most people had no idea what was included or excluded in their policies. My goal, then, was to teach, as much as possible to, my clients about various parts of their health plans and to give them the best plan for their financial and social (family) situations.

I have made it my life goal to learn and to teach as much as possible. I take every situation whether it seems good or bad, at the time, and delve into it for something to learn and teach. My career has allowed me to work with numerous people who care about those they serve. It further allowed me to help many people to discover the answers to the questions they knew they had and many they didn’t know at the time.

This book is meant to be an easy read with helpful information that, I hope, will give you insight to the health insurance industry and to help you discover what you need in health insurance coverage for you and your family.
