Warren continues the story of Jake Silver and Aria Sinclair in this exhilarating second installment of her Global Search and Rescue Series (following Way of the Brave). Jake, a former Navy SEAL, now works on a private organization’s global search and rescue team . Aria is a surgeon who travels the world to serve children with heart conditions. When Aria heads to South Florida to speak at a medical conference, Jake (who once rescued Aria on Mount Denali) receives a misdirected text message and assumes Aria needs rescuing.
