Overview

When Jack Wright was a young boy he was abused by his parents, the worst of it occurring on holidays. Now a grown man, Wright recalls the brutal beatings and begins to inflict pain on others on days that are supposed to bring joy. He meets a stranger in a bar on Halloween night and when the man brings him home he viciously murders him.
Detectives John Napoli and Terry Franklin are assigned to the case. What seems significant about it is the items placed on the body which represent Halloween. When another victim turns up on Thanksgiving, the investigators realize they are hunting a serial killer. They discuss the murders with psychologist, Sandra Moover, who offers insight into the criminal's mind.
As the holiday season continues more murders occur. Napoli and Franklin know they won't stop until the madman is apprehended and they work diligently to find him.
Will the detectives from the NYPD finally track down Wright or will he keep killing as the calendar turns from winter to spring? The Holiday Killer will keep readers on the edge as the story unfolds.
