About the Author

E.A. Williams attended the University of North Texas where she channeled her love of storytelling into film and play writing. She was the only female writer selected for UNT’s 2014 playwriter’s showcase. While completing her film degree she also helped run a bi-monthly writer’s collective aimed at community engagement in the arts and stretched her creative limits by studying special effects makeup. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in film, she works as a makeup artist in both film and photography. Born and raised in Houston where she now lives with her dog, Williams is inspired by the diverse and challenging landscape of her home state.
