About the Author

Suzanne Perazzini is a certified nutritional therapist. She specializes in using a Low-FODMAP protocol in the treatment of IBS. She has taken continuing education courses through Stanford University and University of Colorado Boulder. She has also just completed the newly created course on the low Fodmap diet with the Monash University, where the diet was created.
