About the Author

A mother of five, I have been a cosmetologist most of my adult life. When the pandemic started, I was forced to stay at home for 18 weeks and during that time I discovered I could paint. I began selling my artwork on social media and in the small studio I used to cut hair in. My artwork is what led me to the world of writing and illustrating children's books. Inspired by the creativity of my grandson Matthias, I wanted to write books that he could enjoy.
