The literal concept of the "Katrina Virus" is the murder weapon. In simple terms what we invented is being used by the New York Times and the Supreme Court to murder us. Initially it was just a cover-up but that changed when it became apparent that no amount of money could change the outcome, unless... Unless they told the world the truth. This truth would allow mankind to work together to find a solution. The New York Times and the Supreme Court fear severe retribution. They do not want to be tried for genocide and crimes against humanity. What they are hoping for is a Hail Mary pass to win the game. In the current situation it would take a thousand Hail Mary passes or a miracle from God (if there is a God) to save mankind.

Survival had been mankind's number one instinct but that has changed. The New York Times and the Supreme Court have used Federal Desensitizing Propaganda to alter our basic instincts and now self-gratification is our number one instinct.

The "why" of it all is as old as mankind; power and greed.
