Overview

"The old man has gone crazy," said one of the town's people. He has abandoned his house, armed himself with a pile of stones and built a bunker beneath a tree".
This incident was a chance for everyone to get involved in something. It was a big news because almost nothing ever happen in the small town of Cambita.
The government was building a new highway. Apparently the tree lays on the middle where the new road is supposed to go.
The construction crew wanted to cut the tree but they they were interrupted as the "Old man" threw stones at the workers with extreme accuracy.
"The government can tear down my house if they want." He said. "But they have to kill me before anyone could cut this tree!"
During several confrontations two men have been hit on their heads and the windshield of a truck was also broken
"The situation looks serious," said a worker with a bandage on his head. "Let's call the police."
Seven hours passed and there came the police, the firemen, the preacher, the news reporter and the TV camera man.
The police tried talking to the old man, but he also threw stones at them. The chief called his men back to plan their next move from behind the cars.
Then Marcialito took the opportunity to quietly sneak under the fence and crawled in to talk to the old man.
