About the Author

Pari Danian is a sculptor, photographer, and author. Born in Iran and educated in both England and the United States, she now resides in Dallas, Texas. Pari’s childhood was influenced by her parents who instilled in her a love and appreciation for the arts. Her mother taught her gardening, cooking, and sewing while her father introduced her to sculpture and encouraged a love of rich literature such as Rumi and Haffiz and music appreciation. Throughout her artistic career, Pari has worked in many art forms: textile, doll making, sewing, ceramics, sculpture, culinary art, photography, and poetry.
