Overview

From the moment that 12 year old Laura arrives in her new home town of Deluge, a rain of large green frogs falls from the sky. In the days that follow, she discovers a forest of tiny creatures in her neighbor's cupboard and a terrible curse upon the whole town. An old witch and the town's weatherman struggle for power and it's up to Laura to save the people that melt in the rain.

About the Author

Carolyn Watson Dubisch has written and illustrated many books and comic for kids. Her comic series "The Horribles" has received nation wide attention over the last two years. She lives in San Diego California with her three daughters, her cat and her husband, Mike Dubisch.

Mike Dubisch is an acclaimed fantasy artist and his work has appeared in Star Wars RPG, Dungeon and Dragons books. He's the illustrator for the "Boxcar Children" comic series as well as numerous other books, too many to name here. He also lives in San Diego, California with his three daughters, his cat and his wife.
