Ceaser is professor of government and foreign affairs at the University of Virginia, is author of numerous works including, with Andrew Busch, Upside Down and Inside Out: The 1992 Elections and American Politics and Losing To Win: The 1996 Elections and American Politics (Rowman & Littlefield). Andrew E. Busch is associate professor of political science at the University of Denver.
