Overview

Is it time to let your star qualities shine?

Singers, actors and athletes know their public personas are directly tied to their revenues and opportunities. But what about the rest of us? Even if you are the best clinical research manager at your medical center, the financial analyst with the most accurate projections or the creative ad director who has won the most awards, talent alone doesn’t always ensure the recognition and rewards you deserve.

When you project confidence, people recognize you as the winner you truly are. You gain more:
- Respect
- Promotions
- Job Security
- Money
- Pride

The Power of Professional Presence: Get Their Attention and Keep It! provides a fast, proven path to becoming more persuasive and compelling while actually enjoying the process. Within hours or days, you will:

- Communicate your track record of success at client meetings, prospect lunches, networking events or industry conferences.
- Boost your confidence and finesse in social situations such as dinners with college classmates, weddings and airplane conversations.
- Learn the secret of making a memorable impression from a special bird native to the Galapagos Islands.
Reconnect with your special qualities and communicate them with flair.
- Begin making a strong impression way before walking through the door or picking up the phone.
- Upgrade your image to reflect both who you are and who you would like to be.
- Ensure your own upward mobility.

This is the first in a series of action-oriented guides based on Stefanie Smith’s career advancement philosophy: You have what you need to attain the career goals you want - if you recognize, build and communicate your value.

When it comes to your image, you determine the outcome. It’s not something that happens to you, it’s something that you make happen. You can learn from reading this book, or you can change your future by doing it. Let’s do it!
