Dr. Robert perfected a technique allowing for transportation between this world and the "parallel universe," and after 500 documented sessions of parallel travel, was ready to have his findings published in the auspicious New England Journal of Medicine and others. The publication of the findings of "cross travel" caused consternation in the research and medical community, and serendipitously caught the eye of Captain Kennerly, Chaplain and CIA director, who could see the military applications.
Captain Kennerly interviews Dr. Robert, and proposes that the doctor's research become government funded. "Parallel Universe Theory" goes underground, but fully funded.
When Tiara goes missing after the blast, Kennerly suspects that the time has come to test "Parallel Universe Theory" with Ryker at the helm. The goal is for Ryker to be able to reach Tiara back in time, and stop Sasha from detonating his weapon. Hoppy joins in, and Tiara and Ryker launch a branch new adventure of superhuman proportions with gargantuan consequences.
