Overview

Pastors need the skills to reasonably and competently relate to the business community represented in their congregations and to have the personal and organizational capacity to offer them valuable, Biblically consistent counseling and training.  This is where quality management (or QM) is key.

This devotional helps you relate QM values to your ministry leadership.  It will help you understand those values from a Biblical perspective and help you rate their use in your current practice.  The devotional also helps you take the time to reflect on what you’ve learned, what you’ve assessed of your own methods, and plan next steps regarding quality management.
