About the Author

Dr Christopher Landberg is the Director of the Centre for Policy Studies in Johannesburg. He is co-founder of the Centre fro Africa's International Relations at the University of Witwatersrand. In 1999 - 2000 he was Hamburg Fellow at Standford University. He was educated at RAU, Rhodes and Oxford and holds a D.Phil International Relations (Oxon).
