A great book club book! There is lots of room for discussion about love, relationships, families, dreams, and mistakes. The book has the potential to generate a book discussion that lasts for hours!

Probably the best, and most unexpected part of this book is that you'll get to read two very romantic love stories with a strong female character at their center. Be warned though - this is the kind of love that will fill your heart up to it's bursting point and leave you feeling empty when you find out how each story ends. But as they say "tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all."

If you're not a fan of country music, don't be turned off by it's dominance in this story. Actually, by the end of the novel, I have a feeling you'll be looking up some of the famous singers referenced in the story on YouTube!

Reading The Road To Eden's Ridge is like stepping into a well-crafted country song. The writing is lyrical and melodic and filled with the best kind of story-telling-simple, down-to-earth-the kind that has made country music so compelling to listen to even by hard core fans of Schumann's "Reverie" or Debussy's "Claire de Lune." You will see why I made these classical references when you pick this novel up that you can plow through as fast as a well-tended field.
