The Scared Taxpayer Handbook to IRS Audits
Many taxpayers feel overwhelmed by the tax filing and tax payment process, especially the Alternative Minimum Tax. Filing your tax return must be done each year and often with a sense of panic at the last minute as the tax filing deadline comes closer. The taxpayers are afraid that an IRS audit is hanging over their heads. People are scared about their taxes.

This book offers a simple set of guidelines and a process to help you gather your tax material and to help you stay organized during the year. At tax time, you will know what to do and have your documentation at your fingertips, so that you can file your taxes efficiently and to be prepared for any IRS audit questions that may come your way.

This book is not designed to address specific tax issues on specific tax deductions such as your medical costs or your home mortgage interest payments. Other books do that.

Rather, it is designed to explain a system for having at your fingertips all of your materials to answer any tax questions from the IRS auditors. You can relax knowing you can file your taxes on time and you have the proof for the deductions and credits you claim on your return. Read this handbook with that in mind.
