With the birth of her nephew, Miles, Susie quickly learned the meaning of immeasurable love and the beauty of life from a very unique perspective. Following Miles' diagnosis, autism became the focus of Susie's educational and professional endeavors. Currently, she resides in Chicago, Illinois, while she completes her dissertation in the field of School Psychology. In addiction, Susie leads support groups for parents of young children recently diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
