● The Reason For This Book. I have put into print six previous 200 Questions Answers books. This present 200 Questions And Answers Book is the 7^th in this important series. Though many have answered some of these questions before, these are my thoughtful answers based on the Bible and truth.

● The Goal of This Book. The goal has been to give to the readers some explanation of what our Bible For Today ministry believes on a number of important topics. Many of our friends do not know what we believe and where we stand on a number of questions. This book will inform them fully about these matters.

● The Name of This Book. By the title of the book, The Seventh 200 Questions Answered by Dr. D. A. Waite, it shows that this is the 7^th book giving my answers to the many questions that have been asked me through the many years.

● The Usefulness of This Book. As you can see, unlike many books, this book has an elaborate thirteen-page “Index of Words and Phrases” in the back pages so the reader can look up any word or subject they wish to look into. With this Index, they can find it without difficulty. Some of the entries might seem trivial and unnecessary, but that depends on what is being searched. It is hoped that this Index will make this book a more useful tool than without it. It is also hoped that these will give you answers to questions you might have.

About the Author

The author of this book, Dr. D. A. Waite, received a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) in classical Greek and Latin from the University of Michigan in 1948, a Th.M. (Master of Theology), with high honors, in New Testament Greek Literature and Exegesis from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1952, an M.A. (Master of Arts) in Speech from Southern Methodist University in 1953, a Th.D. (Doctor of Theology), with honors, in Bible Exposition from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1955, and a Ph.D. in Speech from Purdue University in 1961. He holds both New Jersey and Pennsylvania teacher certificates in Greek and Language Arts. He has been a teacher in the areas of Greek, Hebrew, Bible, Speech, and English for over thirty-five years in ten schools, including one junior high, one senior high, four Bible institutes, two colleges, two universities, and one seminary. He served his country as a Navy Chaplain for five years on active duty; pastored three churches; was Chairman and Director of the Radio and Audio-Film Commission of the American Council of Christian Churches; since 1969, has been Founder, President, and Director of THE BIBLE FOR TODAY; since 1978, has been President of the DEAN BURGON SOCIETY; has produced over 700 other studies, books, cassettes, VHS's, CD's, or VCR's on various topics; and is heard on a thirty-minute weekly radio program IN DEFENSE OF TRADITIONAL BIBLE TEXTS, on radio, shortwave, and streaming on the Internet at BibleForToday.org, 24/7/365. Dr. and Mrs. Waite have been married since 1948; they have four sons, one daughter, and, at present, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. Since October 4, 1998, he has been the Pastor of the Bible For Today Baptist Church in Collngswood, New Jersey.

Various Questions and Answers Are Similar. I have tried not to duplicate questions and answers in this seventh 200 Question And Answer Book. However, various things should be understood by the readers-similar questions might have been asked in books one through six; similar questions might also have been asked in this seventh book. But if there is a slightly different emphasis either in the question, or in my answer, I have included them.
