The Seventh Son
Gwydion Abarta has spent the majority of his 14 years being tormented or completely ignored by 5 of his 6 older siblings. He thought he knew why; it’s what siblings do. That was only a small part of it. As the time to go to Lady Isis’ Academy of Magickal Arts draws near, he learns of the prophecy given at his birth. While this information adds new depth to his siblings feelings towards him, it also goes a long way to explaining his father’s contempt for their neighbors.
The Bastet’s are gypsies and it would seem an intricate part of the prophecy, a part that Uther Abarta would rather not see fulfilled.
Just as Gwydion’s days of misery and isolation seem to be dissipating, life takes a turn for the worst.
