Culture drift is the assumption that if we don't really focus on culture, if it's a sometime conversation, if we just continue doing what we are doing, we will, magically, end up where we need to be.

The Ten Immutable Canons Of Culture Change is a succinct, practical and easy to follow practitioner's guide. Building on three decades of the author's support, both a senior executive and a consultant, to some of the world's largest international organizations, the material outlines: the financial implication of culture drift, the relationship between strategy and culture, culture as a system, the culture conversation, the role of measurement, organization values, organization design, culture and brand, and the informal organization.
