Peter M. Senge, Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; founding Chair of SoL, the Society for Organizational Learning; and the author of the widely acclaimed book, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization.
