Bryson is a man alone in a wasteland overrun by the walking dead, searching for safety, searching for home. Once a school teacher, now he is forced into the role of a fighter, having only his wits and whatever weapons he can scrounge together to protect him against a fate worse than death. Day to day he struggles to find the basic essentials of life and avoid the murderous horrors that stalk the land. In his travels he comes across other eccentric survivors and a dystopian society that has arisen from the ashes of the old. Will he survive and escape the ravenous hordes or will he fall prey to THE UNLIVING?
