Overview

Have you ever thought as to how the Catholic Church and the U.S. Military compare with each other? I know there have been a few people who have pondered that question. This short book provides some of those similarities, from the author's perspective. Some of which relate to are the history and hierarchy, symbols and customs as well as important figures that both organizations had or still have. You may not be Catholic or even a service member, but I am sure that you would appreciate a small, yet powerful informative little book.

About the Author

Brandon Schild has been a Catholic his entire life, though shortly after joining the Army he fell away for several years. It wasn’t until his father gave him some Catholic media to listen to in order to hope to get back into the faith. The information caught on and while doing so, Mr. Schild attended several classes of RCIA and has taught a few years of Confirmation classes at Ft. Riley, KS. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Schild is married to his wife Aubrey and they have a son. He is also working towards his Bachelors in Business Administration and has written several Catholic articles online for the Catholic Stand.
