About the Author

The are three difficulties in authorship: to write anything worth publishing, to find honest men to publish it, and to read it”. I never had any inclination to write, I took to writing only after I entered into the profession of teaching. Graduated from Berhampur University, I started my career as high school teacher in 1986. As a teacher in English I found the subject being taught miserably at schools; especially in the tribal district of Koraput in Orissa. The standard of English among the student is in a deplorable condition. English as a second language has been utterly neglected by students and teachers as well. I took to writing with an aim to make the subject endeared to them and evade away the existing averseness towards the subject. Frankly speaking I was a mediocre student in my school and college days. Yet I have had a special liking for the subject ever since I was a student. Aspiring to become a published writer I developed the skill of writing during my student life at Khallikote College, Berhampur. Finally, I realized my goal for which I am highly indebted to AA7.
