Sex offenders are considered to be the worst of the worst. Society labels them as outcast, as evil, as the offspring of the devil's sick mind. Yet we rarely stop to ask them why? Or to see what went wrong in their lives. We judge. I was the same way. God sees them the same way He sees the rest of us. He does not separate us based on our sin.
"This Is Why I Cry" is my personal memoir of my struggles going up as a victim of childhood sexual abuse and how it impacted my adult life. I am honest and open about what happened to me and what I did to others. This is a no holds barred look at the life of a convicted sex offender and the path that got me there. This is also the story of what path I am on now.
What I have written will infuriate some. Hopefully, it will enlighten others. And there are those that will believe in their hearts that I should rot in hell. Sorry, that is not going to happen.
What people I did not push away abandoned me when I went to prison. However, God did not. God saved me.
