This book is a collection of poems written shortly after I suffered my second stroke. It is about the things that matter to me, (family), and things that interest me, (gardening, cowboy life, nature). As well it is about my search for answers in my own life. I feel as if I had been writing this book in one way or another for most of my adult life.

About the Author

I have resided in Maple Ridge for over 20 years, I currently live here with my wife and seven children. After completing a diploma in Practical Horticulture, I worked for 20 years as a landscaper and still maintain a passion for gardening.

Other interests include popular music and its history, ice hockey, (I am a Vancouver Canucks fan), and getting out in nature whenever I can.
