About the Author

Derek Ward-Colston graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a double major in Chemistry and History and Philosophy of Science. As a freshman, he wrote his first story, 99, which became the first short story in this collection. He currently lives in Pittsburgh and works as an analytical chemist. He’s an Eagle Scout and is a baseball superfan. He hopes to continue writing books in his free time.
