The settling takes place in the middle of the night. Where the moon is at its zenith, towering over all as if it is watching over our thoughts and actions. No one is around except for you and those lingering thoughts. As well as the feelings attached to them. Previous experiences tend to resurface during quiet moments. Screaming for attention as it is deprived of proper care. Only allowed to be stationary and fester within the mental void of your mind. This is where my admiration for crystals originated from.
It is stated crystals have the power to help aid with difficult situations. As it targets certain areas which may be the source of your stress. Making it easier to process things smoothly and traverse the day with a positive frame of mind. Although it is not for everybody, there is some appeal to it. I find it helpful when I am alone at the times where everyone is asleep to allow myself just to think. To become lost in the vast ocean of memories parading around my mind as I look up to admire the moon in the night sky.
