Madeline has lived her whole life in an altered universe, her parents sheltering her from her powers with a special pair of glasses that Madeline has had since she was a little girl. However, one day while being bullied, her glasses got knocked off, landing on the ground, shattering the glass. Madeline's friend Nicole, who was watching from the sidelines, rushed over to help Madeline. That was the last time Nicole was seen alive. Without warning, Madeline's whole life was flipped upside down. She got sent out to a camp with others like her, others who were considered a danger to society by the government. With other teenagers from the camp, a friendship was formed. Together they will fight against the government, discover their true selves, and form a seemingly unbreakable friendship.
Will they be able to stand up against the government, or will they die trying?
