We, the people of Tideland, hold these truths, to be self-evident, inviolate, and sacrosanct-that every human life, is precious, and worthy of a life of dignity, without lack of basic human want, and freedom from the horrors of war. To that end, every citizen is guaranteed basic sanitation, nutritious food, and health care-up to and until, the cost of a specific treatment, would damage the functioning of government. In such high cost situations, communities are encouraged to "come together," and raise any additional funds required. Furthermore, all citizens are entitled to a Sovereign Fund-which is immune to the reaches of creditors; a Fund designed to be sufficient to the basic necessities of life. Each and every citizen, is guaranteed, fully private, and adequate shelter. Furthermore, every citizen in entitled, to a life of dignity, regardless of station, one that befits a being of God's creation.
