Overview

TIME WILL TELL is a suspense/thriller novel. It contains a single element of science fiction, just as the movie, “Frequency,” contained such an element—the ham radio. This modern day story, however, is not science fiction but more of a mainstream drama. Three college friends, two guys and a girl, decide to go hunting over Thanksgiving, only to inadvertently stumble upon a dilapidated old cabin on the hunting property, a shanty too fascinating to ignore. Upon investigating it, they discover a camera hidden in an old cabinet. But this is no ordinary camera. Snapping a few pictures reveals that this camera is able to capture images back in time. Wherever they point it, they see what happened at that particular spot days, weeks, or even years ago, depending on how far the aperture ring is rotated. More experimentation discloses that it can also take pictures of the future. Convinced that this camera is one of the most valuable finds of all time, they are faced with numerous choices of ways to use it. Brandon, the most outspoken and adventurous one of the threesome, convinces his friends that solving crimes with rewards attached is the way to go. However, the best laid plans lead to more excitement than they bargained for. The trio is drawn into challenges that bring injury and near death while they battle to save their own lives and the lives of those they love.
