About the Author

Annie Coyle Martin grew up in an Ulster village, trained as a nurse in Dublin, emigrated to Canada, attended Laurentian University, and The University of Toronto, has worked in health care management and in the Ontario Civil Service. She has been making up stories all her life. Her first published fiction was a short story, 'Jody' for a collection "She's Gonna Be." in the late nineties. Her next effort was "The Music of What Happens" published in 2001.
