About the Author

Destinee Grantham is a full-time student, creative, and most-of-all, teenager. Born in New Jersey and raised on military bases for most of her life, Grantham now resides in Texas. Her writing became a life-saving tool after she was diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, and Adjustment Disorder in 2019 and then again after her stay in a Psychiatric hospital encouraged her use of healthy coping skills. After discovering the immense power of poetry throughout her journey, Grantham began publishing her works in hopes to help others feel understood.
