Step One: Line Tracing: Start-Stop The adventure of writing begins with easy line drawing. Simple line tracing exercises from short strokes to increasingly longer strokes. Such exercises improve children's concentration and motor coordination.

Step 2: Writing the alphabet from A to Z. Each section includes what the letter stands for example A is for Ant, followed by a large coloring page of the character and the upper- and lower-case letter and finally lined practice to trace the upper- and lower-case letters. An additional practice page is also included without the line so the child can practice on their own.

Step 3: Numbers 0 to 10 Trace lines on numbers 0 to 10. Each section includes a trace the number page to establish base knowledge then a blank page to practice on their own.

Step 4: Writing Simple Sentences. Now that the child has learned the alphabet, they can practice writing 3-6-word sentences such as I am six or The Dog chased the ball. The pages include color within the lines of the sentence, trace the sentence, then a page to practice writing on their own.

Step 5: Learning and tracing shapes. repeatedly trace and draw the basic geometric shapes.
