Trivia, Tea and Me
TRIVIA, TEA AND ME is a glimpse into the everyday life of me, a divorced mom who raised two little boys alone. It’s a quick read with a cup of tea or coffee, no continuous story line to follow except that God loves us and never leaves us or forsakes us no matter what we are going through. My story has some humorous moments along with some of the painful periods of divorce, but it also shows how God can take those hurtful things and make something beautiful out of them. I also share tidbits of history about tea and include some delicious recipes to try out while reading my story.

About the Author

Carol Ann Didier was saved as a young girl because of the devotion of a neighborhood lady who took pity on some young girls playing in the street. She brought them into her house for cookies and milk every Friday, but the catch was they had to hear stories about Jesus before they got their treat. This led the girls to form a Bible Study group that continued through high school.

As a Christian, Carol never thought she would ever be divorced; it was not even in her vocabulary, but when it happened, her faith was tested in ways she never dreamed of. She would become a leader of a Christian Singles group in Florida. To this day Carol hates the word divorce and easily identifies with those experiencing the same pain. She hopes this book will inspire others to know that God loves those who divorce and that He still has a plan for their lives.

Although she started out writing Native American Historical Romances, others encouraged Carol Ann to share her Christian beliefs and how God brought her through her divorce. She has been published in CHARISMA and LITERARY LIFT-OFF magazines and writes inspirational vignettes, verses for greeting cards, and stories for her grandchildren. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, she now lives on the East Coast of Florida.
