About the Author

Karin Opitz-Kreher is trained in Aura-Soma, Aura-Soma bodywork, and foot reflexology harmonization. She also works as a meditation group leader following Ralph Jordan and as a biofeedback therapist, using the SCIO system for stress reduction and system harmonization. She discovered the world of essential oils in 2013 and has been making use of the traditional knowledge of oils in her work ever since. Karin also gives seminars on their use in energy work. Johannes Huber is an alternative practitioner whose interest in essential oils goes back to his youth. He has been working with them in aromatherapy and in the care of the sick and elderly for more than ten years. The focus of his work also includes darkfield microscopy diagnosis.
Karin Opitz-Kreher runs her own wellness practice specializing in stress reduction and harmonization. Trained in Aura-Soma, Aura-Soma Bodywork, and foot reflexology, since 2013 she also incorporates traditional knowledge of essential oils in her practice and teaches about them in workshops. She lives in Germany.
