About the Author

Helena Joy Marfell was born in Athens Ohio, grew up mainly homeschooled, and learned to write poems as a way to express deep emotions which were often confusing to her. This book is a combination of emotions and life events over a period from age 13 to age 40 of Helena’s life.
The frogs are a type of artwork Helena learned to do on the graphics program GIMP, which Helena greatly enjoys making and wanted to share with others.
