About the Author

Charles R. Miller teaches classes and seminars covering various aspects of the electrical industry. For 18 years. Mr. Miller owned and operated Lighthouse Electric Co., Inc. in Nashville, TN. In 1988 he began a second company dedicated to electrical related training known as Lighthouse Educational Services. In 1999, Mr. Miller wrote and illustrated a nationally published text book on the NEC® titled Illustrated Guide to the National Electrical Code®. In 2001, he was contracted by NFPA to write two more pocket guides to the NEC®. Currently, in addition to writing and illustrating, Mr. Miller is a co-host for a home improvement radio show in Nashville.
