About the Author

Douglas Reynolds Hutchison was born to Kevin and Irene Hutchison in Blytheville, Arkansas on May 31st, 1989. Doug and his older brother Joshua were moved a lot as children, but the Hutchison family eventually settled in Indiana. In 2001, during his 7th Grade year, Doug was introduced to poetry and since then has been refining, and redefining; the way he writes each and every time he puts his pen to paper. Less than one month after his High School graduation, Doug left for Basic Training in the United States Army, where he would eventually be stationed in Germany for two years, then on to Georgia. From Georgia, Doug was deployed to Iraq where he is currently stationed until mid-2011.
