About the Author

Rudy D. Liporada is a freelance writer. He holds an AB major in Economics, minor in Sociology, and cognate in Political Science from the University of the Philippines. He taught feature writing in Zambia, Africa. Among his students were exchange students from North Korea, and members of the ANC and the Frelimo.
