He is a distinguished bilingual organizational leader with over 20 years of experience.
Arturo's multifaceted career spans various domains, including filmmaking, authorship, public speaking, and pastoral ministry as the esteemed leader of the First Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Hato Mayor, Dominican Republic.

For over 15 years, he served as the Director of Meeting God in Missions, a North American Missionary Agency based in the Dominican Republic. He now holds the position of president at Meeting God in Baseball, Dominican Republic, where he continues his work of social impact. His efforts focus on promoting the correct establishment of believers and churches in the faith based on the paradigm "In the way of Christ and his apostles,” discipling young baseball players, and leading a Church Planting Network with churches in different points of the country.
