Rolfe has worked for Department of Defense and NASA contractors, in business activities, throughout his adult life. He has owned manufacturing and electronic testing companies. Culmination of his career was as a Consultant that reversed the ‘red’ ink at many concerns. A ‘turn-around’ person that went into $50,000,000, or less, situations with General Manager or ‘C’ level authority and turned that company in one that was profitable.

Rolfe is and avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction. He learned to speed read as he loathed too much descriptive material in, most, fiction novels. He didn’t care if the ‘sun came over the mountain to touch the dew glistening grass.’ His thinking was that he could write much better than the majority of the present day authors. He wanted to write without that superfluous flowering descriptive nonsense. His daughters suggested that he go to a Writers school. NO! He wanted to write like he writes; not, like how someone else writes.

After all, he had many short stories and poems published over the years. Why not a fiction novel? He wrote half of a novel and had another book idea. He wrote half of that idea and had another book idea. He completed this one and entitled it: Untwisted Fate.

Rolfe has two adult married daughters and lives with his wife, Diane, on Cape Cod.
