Overview

This small book contains a vast amount of wisdom and insight that will be helpful to all couples and individuals who wish to enhance their lives in relationship.
--Erving Polster, Ph.D., Author and Clinical Psychologist

In my nearly 40 years of conducting marriage and couples counseling, I wished I had a small comprehensive book for couples. I did not have one—but now, with Visiting Angels and Home Devils, present and future counselors have such a book, and one that will be a valuable guide for couples for years to come.
--Joseph D. Dillon, Ph.D., LMFT, Retired Professor and Counselor

This is the first book that successfully covers most of the important issues that couples bring up in marriage counseling. It is a very positive approach to problem solving in relationships. I highly recommend it to couples who are serious about enriching their relationships.
--Deborah Shriver, M.A. LMFT and Director of Counseling at North County Lifeline Community Services
