About the Author

London Solomon is a writer. It is not what she does but who she is. She has a gift for putting letters in such an order that she moves complete strangers to tears of hope.

She is a creator, an artist in her own way. Her tender but powerful writings are the platform in which she built a name for herself as a powerful woman continually seeking to heal the broken spirit of anyone who crosses her path.
She is wise much beyond her years but at heart she is still just a small town, wild child with an uncontrollably free spirit. If you spend much time with her, you will often catch her staring off as she daydreams about dancing carelessly through a field of wildflowers, holding on to her children's hands as they feel the magic only found in nature.

London enjoys a quiet country life in Minersville, Utah with the love of her life, her husband, Eric and their 3 children. She enjoys the simplicity and security of raising her family in a sleepy little town where she is surrounded by wide open spaces and a community full of kindhearted people. London's life is all she'd dreamt it might be someday but it wasn't always so sweet.

London is a survivor. More astounding than her ability to survive unimaginable and painful trials in her life is the way she fearlessly shares the intimate details of darkest weaknesses and how she dug herself out of the depths of hell. She is an ambitious woman, passionate about helping others love themselves. Voyage was written to help even those she may never have the opportunity to meet in person.

Early in life she began carrying a heavy secret. As a kindergartner, she already hated herself. For over 20 years she hid her deep self-hatred. Her private pain transformed over time into an eating disorder, self-harm, and eventually she found herself drowning in addiction.

She was never broken like she thought, only empty to avoid the darkness severe depression.

As a single mother of two young children, London spent 2 years studying psychology at Dixie State College and 1 year at Southern Utah University. She chose to leave school after her son was diagnosed with autism. It is only natural that she fell madly in love with everything about the Paleo lifestyle. She is happiest at a farmers market, picking out local grown fresh, real food to feed her family. While she only expected Paleo to change her physically, the experience lit a fire of passion inside her and she hasn't stopped empowering and inspiring others to follow suit since.
